About the Team
Toss Securities' Data Analyst joins the product analysis part of the data analysis (DA) team. The team is divided into company-wide analysis and product-specific analysis segments, and is composed of professionals from finance, gaming, e-commerce, O2O, and portal sectors.
Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst, you will support data-based decision-making for product development teams. You will quantify team goals, identify key levers and set priorities, design and analyze A/B tests, and extract insights using a variety of product analysis methodologies.
Required Skills
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and cleaning
- Strong understanding of mobile service data analysis techniques (e.g., Customer Lifetime Value, Retention, Cohort Analysis)
- Proven experience in setting hypotheses and executing experiments including A/B tests
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Demonstrable impact via improvements in conversion, retention, or revenue metrics
