About the Role at Tosca
Tosca is seeking an IT Help Desk Engineer to join our team, supporting our North America HQ in Midtown Atlanta. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who thrive on hands-on technical work, enjoy assisting executive users, and excel in a collaborative IT environment.
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid, on-site Tuesday through Thursday)
What you'll be doing
- Provide Tier 2 end-user support for HQ and executive leadership.
- Support Windows and macOS environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune Endpoint Manager.
- Support laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, and conference room AV.
- Document and resolve tickets while partnering closely with infrastructure and network teams.
What we're looking for
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on IT service desk or end-user support experience.
- Strong Microsoft Intune experience (this is a requirement).
- Experience providing professional, white-glove support.
- Clear communicator with strong documentation habits.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid HQ environment.

- Hybrid schedule with on-site work Tuesday through Thursday.
- Parking is provided for on-site days.
