Job Description
As a Search Engine Marketing Analyst at the Toronto Star, you will be responsible for the end-to-end success of SEM campaigns. Reporting to the Performance Media Director, you will thrive in a fun and fast-paced environment, collaborating with top media partners in Canada.
- Develop, manage, and optimize Paid Search campaigns.
- Conduct SEM audits, budget pacing, and performance tracking.
- Create and execute A/B tests for campaign improvement.
- Prepare performance reports and deliver client presentations.
- Stay updated with the latest SEM trends and algorithm changes.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in SEM.
- Strong understanding of SEM trends and best practices.
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Performance Max campaigns.
- Familiarity with tagging, floodlights, and pixeling.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Analytics are a plus.
