About the Talent Acquisition Partner Role

We are actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to expand our growing TA team. This presents an excellent opportunity to significantly contribute to the hiring efforts within our Human Resources organization. This is a remote, full-time position.

What will you do?

  • Be a Strategic Partner: Own the full-cycle recruiting process for complex, high-priority GTM (Go-to-Market) and G&A (General & Administrative) roles, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executive leaders.
  • Elevate Best Practices: Take the lead in building and scaling best hiring practices, processes, and interview strategies across your supported functions.
  • Aggressively Source: Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier, passive talent in competitive markets.
  • Champion the Candidate Experience: Ensure a world-class, seamless, and engaging experience for every candidate, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Manage Branding & Social: Spearhead social media and employer branding initiatives to amplify Torq’s presence and attract diverse, high-caliber candidates.
  • Drive Data Integrity: Maintain impeccable data integrity and utilization within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically Greenhouse, to inform our strategy and reporting.

About You

  • Experience & Expertise: 5-10 years of proven success in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, with a significant track record of hiring non-technical roles (GTM/G&A) for a high-growth technology or cybersecurity startup.
  • ATS Mastery: Deep hands-on experience using a modern recruiting Applicant Tracking System, such as Greenhouse, with a focus on optimization and data integrity.
  • Impact Mentality: A strong bias for action and a "get things done" mindset, consistently focused on delivering tangible impact and meeting aggressive hiring goals.
  • Flawless Execution: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing flawless customer service to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, coupled with strong interpersonal capabilities and a people-first approach.
