Overview
The Product Analyst at Torq leverages data to drive product decisions and improvements. The role focuses on analyzing product performance, user behavior, and key metrics to deliver actionable insights that drive product improvement and prioritization.
What You Will Do
As a Product Analyst at Torq, you will:
- Provide data-driven insights supporting product teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and alerts using BI tools.
- Analyze user behavior and product data to monitor product health.
- Own KPIs and A/B testing to drive product optimization.
- Continuously optimize user funnels and product activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and others.
- Automate data integrity and validation processes for accurate reporting.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a BSc/BA in a related field, and 4+ years experience in an analytical role within SaaS or cybersecurity environments. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools is required, with familiarity in A/B testing, user analysis, and KPI development. Experience with Amplitude, Salesforce, and data modeling/ETL processes is a bonus.
