The Team
The Ted Rogers School of Management (TRSM) is Canada’s leading diverse and entrepreneurial business school. Home to more than 13,000 students and 250+ industry-connected faculty, the school offers a range of undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs.
The Opportunity
The Student Advisor works within TRSM to support students through personalized academic advising. As a trusted guide and first point of contact, the Student Advisor helps both current and prospective students navigate their programs, curriculum, and university policies. The role involves coordinating student programs to create an inclusive and supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in business management, education, social sciences or related discipline
- Minimum three (3) years of related academic experience
- Experience in curriculum or student advising and developing academic direction plans
- Experience with research support and statistical data collection
- Proficiency in report and business communication development
Additional Information
This position is term-based, hybrid work location with limited weekend and evening work, and is open to OPSEU candidates. Candidates not meeting all requirements might be considered on an underfill basis. All applications are processed online and accommodations during recruitment are available.
