The Opportunity
The Associate Director of Graduate Administration will lead graduate studies administration from matriculation to graduation. Working in partnership with senior leadership and campus stakeholders, this role ensures effective implementation of graduate policies, manages student records with high confidentiality and accuracy, and directs graduate scholarship and emergency bursary processes.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to strategic planning for a seamless graduate student experience
- Collaborate with the Registrar and graduate programs on policy implementation
- Oversee production of the graduate calendar and academic compliance
- Manage secure and accurate student records
- Direct the administration of graduate scholarships and financial assistance
- Review and process student leaves, time extensions, and PhD supervisory nominations
- Train and manage graduate program administrators
Qualifications
Required qualifications include a university degree, a minimum of five years of progressive administrative and strategic planning experience, and comprehensive knowledge of post-secondary systems, student records, and funding processes. Excellent time management, communication, and project management skills are essential.
