How You’ll Do It

The Operations Manager at Topgolf will supervise Department Managers and their teams to provide best-in-class service. Responsibilities include coaching and developing direct reports, driving associate engagement, upholding operating standards, and ensuring guest and team safety and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Holding leaders accountable for managing venue operations
  • Budget control and expense management
  • Forecasting sales and controlling costs
  • Delegating tasks and ensuring follow-up
  • Interacting with guests to check on experience quality
  • Leveraging business metrics to drive performance
  • Cultivating community relationships

What We’re Looking For

Applicants should have significant experience in high volume restaurant, hotel, or leisure management settings at an Assistant General Manager or General Manager level. A University Degree or equivalent experience is required. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, energy, enthusiasm, self-awareness, and integrity. Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential, as is the ability to obtain required licenses and certifications.
