Where will you end up?
You will join team 'Orion' in the TOPdesk IT department within an internationally growing software and consultancy company, the creator of the best service management tool in the Netherlands. Collaborate with over 900 colleagues in 8 countries to improve services for customers.
Role Summary
As a Data Analyst, you play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making by delivering trusted insights and ensuring data quality. Your work influences key business decisions and long-term strategy.
Your job
- Analyze, create and manage datasets; identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports with key metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments for data-backed solutions.
- Work with Data Engineering and IT teams to ensure governed data flows.
- Carry out on-the-spot analyses to answer business questions.
- Ensure data quality through governance, validation, and data privacy practices.
- Identify and refine key performance metrics and explore new analytic tools.
Qualifications
Education & Experience: Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field with minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Python (or similar languages), experience with visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI), and knowledge of data governance and data privacy (GDPR).
Soft Skills: Adaptable, solution-oriented, strong problem-solving, excellent communication, and collaborative relationship building.
