Job Description

TOPdesk is seeking an outstanding candidate for the Business Development Representative team in central London. As a Business Development Representative, you will work in our sales team to build and nurture a pipeline of potential customers by understanding their challenges and demonstrating how our SaaS solution can help.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source leads through outbound calling, email, and social media outreach
  • Handle inbound leads from Marketing
  • Nurture and convert leads into product demonstration meetings
  • Discuss technical requirements, budgets, timelines, and implementation scopes with potential customers
  • Attend demonstrations and trade shows occasionally
  • Collaborate with marketing to explore new prospecting avenues
  • Create Requests for Information and complete tenders

The Team

You will work alongside other BDRs in our London and Manchester branches, reporting to the UK Sales Director, and collaborating closely with Business Development Managers and Marketing. You may also have opportunities to collaborate with our international team.

Qualifications

  • Preferred degree: 1st or 2:1 in any discipline
  • 1-3 years experience in B2B sales with technology focus
  • Target-driven, competitive and a hunter mentality
  • Exceptional communication skills and customer orientation
  • Energetic, influential, and a team player
  • Problem-solving and eager to learn
