Workday Time Tracking and Absence Post Production Consultant at TopBloc

We leverage proprietary tools to rapidly implement Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials, enabling clients to focus on their core business and achieve immediate value. Post-implementation, we offer expert resources to support each client's unique Workday solution.

We are seeking a Consultant II, Senior, Principal, or Managing Workday Time Track and Absence Post Production Consultant. The specific title will depend on the candidate's experience level. This role requires a passion for collaborative work and a drive for success.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For)

  • Workday Time Tracking and Absence Certification
  • 1+ years of Workday Time Track and Absence post-production support experience with a Workday partner, serving clients of all sizes.
  • Knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs.
  • Global Time Tracking and Absence experience is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • A passion for exceptional customer service and client collaboration.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and/or tickets to meet customer deliverables.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner, building confidence and trust.
  • A strong problem-solving aptitude with the ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives.

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

  • Deliver high-quality Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions across various industries, meeting, enhancing, and optimizing client business needs.
  • Directly assist clients in resolving Workday Time Tracking and Absence issues as they arise.
  • Actively engage in internal training sessions and share knowledge and skills with colleagues.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at improving the team, department, or company.
  • Manage a team of consultants, guiding their professional development and handling escalations (Manager Level).
  • Leverage Workday expertise to develop sales materials and scope projects for the sales team (Senior/Principal Level).
