Overview

TopBloc is a specialized Workday partner offering fixed-time, fixed-price Workday deployment and on-demand support. This role is based in Chicago, IL or can be remote. As a Workday Talent Post Production Consultant, you will work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday Talent solutions.

Requirements

  • Workday Talent Certification
  • 1+ years of Workday Talent post-production support experience
  • Familiarity with employee reviews, talent attributes, succession planning, potential and calibration configuration
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel
  • Strong customer service and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to consider diverse perspectives

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Workday Talent solutions across various industries
  • Resolve Workday Talent issues in collaboration with clients
  • Participate in training and share learnings within the team
  • Manage a team of consultants (for Manager level)
  • Support sales by developing scope, proposals and training materials (for Senior/Principal level)
