Overview
TopBloc is a specialized Workday partner offering fixed-time, fixed-price Workday deployment and on-demand support. This role is based in Chicago, IL or can be remote. As a Workday Talent Post Production Consultant, you will work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday Talent solutions.
Requirements
- Workday Talent Certification
- 1+ years of Workday Talent post-production support experience
- Familiarity with employee reviews, talent attributes, succession planning, potential and calibration configuration
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel
- Strong customer service and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple client requests effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Problem-solving skills and ability to consider diverse perspectives
Responsibilities
- Deliver Workday Talent solutions across various industries
- Resolve Workday Talent issues in collaboration with clients
- Participate in training and share learnings within the team
- Manage a team of consultants (for Manager level)
- Support sales by developing scope, proposals and training materials (for Senior/Principal level)
