Post-implementation, we continue to offer expert resources and support tailored to each customer’s unique Workday setup.

We are actively seeking a Workday HCM Post Production Consultant (level determined by experience: Consultant II, Senior, Principal, or Managing) who thrives in collaborative settings and possesses the ambition to drive success within our organization.
Requirements (What We’re Looking For)
- Workday HCM Certification
- 1+ years Workday HCM post-production support experience with a Workday partner, serving customers of all sizes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong client collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and tickets to consistently meet deliverables
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers, building confidence and trust
- A skilled problem solver capable of considering alternative and diverse perspectives
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
- Work directly with clients to implement high-quality Workday HCM solutions across various industries, enhancing and optimizing their business needs
- Address and resolve Workday HCM issues for clients as they arise
- Actively engage in internal training updates and share skills and learnings with colleagues
- Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at improving the team, department, or company
- Manage a team of consultants, guiding their Workday and professional development, and handling escalations (Manager Level)
- Apply Workday expertise to develop sales materials and scope projects for the sales team (Senior/Principal Level)
Physical Requirements
This role involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
