Top Tier Talent Group is seeking a motivated and experienced 360 Recruiter to join our remote team, focusing on the Texas market. Overview
As a 360 Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from driving business development and managing client accounts to sourcing and placing top-tier talent. You will have the autonomy to develop your own strategies and the support to grow your client base across various industries including Manufacturing, Construction, Engineering, Accounting and Finance, Technology, and Sales.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, encompassing business development, account management, and recruiting for senior-level positions.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent and expand client relationships.
- Negotiate offers and employment terms to ensure mutual satisfaction for candidates and clients.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to define staffing needs and deliver precise recruitment solutions.
- Utilize ATS tools for tracking, managing, and reporting on candidate progress and recruitment activities.
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter with demonstrated expertise in business development, account management, and headhunting.
- Strong ability to source and place senior-level talent and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A robust network of existing industry relationships is highly preferred.
- Preparedness to discuss net new job orders, net new clients, and Business Development KPIs.
We are a specialized agency, not a high-volume staffing firm or RPO. Experience in 360 recruitment with business development in the SMB space is essential for this role. This is an opportunity for capable 360 recruiters to work with full autonomy and minimal oversight.
