Job Overview

Toole Design Group in Silver Spring, MD seeks an experienced and talented full-time Senior Engineer (Traffic/Transportation). In this role, you will apply conventional traffic engineering know-how to develop safe, efficient, and innovative multimodal transportation designs.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor interdisciplinary teams on transportation projects
• Develop design plans for traffic operations including signage, pavement marking, and traffic signals
• Conduct safety analyses, Safe Routes to School studies, and multimodal traffic studies
• Utilize software tools such as Synchro, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Highway Capacity Software, and Civil 3D
• Engage in business development and client interactions across North America
