Toole Design Group in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an experienced and talented full-time Senior Civil/Transportation Engineer. The candidate will focus on roadway design, active transportation design, and multimodal projects that enhance community livability.

Role Description

This role involves leading interdisciplinary teams, mentoring junior staff, managing projects from concept through construction, and creating high-quality construction documents using AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other design tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams on transportation projects.
  • Develop and review construction documents and cost estimates.
  • Manage project lifecycle from design to construction management.
  • Create roadway, streetscape, and active transportation designs.
  • Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Synchro, and Highway Capacity Software.
