Overview

Toole Design Group in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced and talented full-time Principal Civil Engineer. The role involves managing diverse teams to deliver highway and roadway projects from preliminary design through final construction, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

As a Principal Civil Engineer, you will:

  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams for roadway and active transportation projects.
  • Oversee design, construction document preparation, and project delivery from concept to construction.
  • Manage client relationships, stakeholder and public outreach, and business development pursuits.
  • Mentor junior staff and ensure quality deliverables.
