The Opportunity
We’re looking for an exceptional Business Operations Specialist to join our superstar team at Too Good To Go. Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, you will execute key processes to support the North America business. You will collaborate across departments to maintain reporting, manage commercial operations, and implement strategic projects to enhance performance.
The Role
- Execute tasks to support North American teams, including providing geographical focus guidance, maintaining and updating lists and reports, improving sales tooling, and ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness.
- Update and maintain tools and dashboards.
- Prepare slides and support operating cadences.
- Ensure analytical and operational rigor in reporting and processes.
- Support knowledge and best practice sharing and implementation among local and global stakeholders; drive adoption of the team knowledge base to ensure key processes are documented and shared across the organization.

- Strong data retrieval, data visualization, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships internally and collaborate with local and global stakeholders across departments.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Experience with Salesforce (reports, dashboards) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Looker) are a plus.
