Job Description

As the UK Field Service Manager at TOMRA, you will lead a dynamic team of Field Technicians in one of our UK regions. Your role ensures that Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) are operating optimally, customers are satisfied, and your team is continuously supported and developed.

  • Lead and inspire your Field Service Team for excellent service delivery.
  • Oversee scheduling, logistics, and maintenance of RVMs.
  • Manage budgets and optimize service efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor team members ensuring safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and issue resolution for RVMs.
  • Optimize technician routes using scheduling tools.
  • Ensure equipment meets safety and compliance standards.
  • Partner with technical and operations teams to improve service quality.
  • Lead regular team meetings and development check-ins.
  • Support after-hours service on a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

Applicants should have proven experience in field service management or technical team leadership, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Experience in budget management and process optimization is essential, along with a proactive and inclusive leadership style.
