Sales Associate Cashier

Tommy’s Express Holdings (TXH) operates several world class car wash franchise locations primarily in southwest Florida. We are seeking Sales Associates to deliver excellent guest service and consistently meet and exceed sales goals.

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Understand Tommy’s Express products and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Maintain high store visual standards and stay updated on product features.
• Create strategic plans to maximize efficiencies and drive sales.
• Operate POS systems and process transactions efficiently.
• Collaborate with co-workers and build trust with guests.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Candidates must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs. Work may be performed in air-conditioned environments and outdoors, and involves exposure to fumes, moving mechanical parts, and noise.

Job Details

This role is available as both full-time and part-time with flexible shifts including day, night, and weekend availability. Salary starts from $15.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Bilingual candidate preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• Availability to work flexible shifts
