Overview
Be part of an iconic story at Tommy Hilfiger. As a Junior Planner Full Price eComm, you'll contribute to merchandise financial and inventory planning across Full Price, Concession and eCommerce channels.
The Team
Join the Omni Planning & Allocation team that drives commercial trade, demand forecasting, allocation, and replenishment of inventory. Work closely with Buying/Merchandising, DTC Channel teams, Hubs, and Finance.
The Position
You will support merchandise planning including inventory targets, seasonal sales, margin objectives, and allocation framework. Responsibilities include seasonal reviews, store reviews, final buy quantification, and promotion & markdown support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Full Price/eComm merchandise planning including inventory buy targets.
- Contribute to seasonal reviews and forward strategies.
- Prepare store clusters and assist in buying budget coordination.
- Review final buy quantification and optimize allocation framework.
- Assist in forecasting demand and monitoring open-to-buy performance.
- Support financial guardrails for promotions and markdown initiatives.
- Implement new systems and processes to boost team efficiency.
Measures of Success
Focus on delivering net sales and margin targets, maintaining high planning accuracy, and effective stock management.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years in merchandise/financial planning in fashion or consumer goods.
- Understanding of merchandise planning, markdown management, and omni-channel inventory flows.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving ability.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
- Fluency in English.
