Be the Island Guide

  • Greet guests with a friendly smile and hospitality.
  • Assist servers by delivering food to guests.
  • Maintain table settings and cleanliness per Tommy Bahama standards.
  • Support crew by upholding a clean and sanitary environment.

Essentials For Life In Paradise

  • 1+ years serving or related experience in a full service restaurant.
  • Valid food handler’s card and alcohol service certification.
  • Basic food and beverage service knowledge and excellent guest service skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Willingness to perform additional duties as needed.

Essential Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift/move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
  • Bending, stooping, and kneeling required frequently.
  • Routine standing throughout the shift.
  • Experience using hand carts, blenders, knives, and other tools as needed.

Compensation & Legal

Pay is based on State Minimum Wage plus tips, adjusted for experience, knowledge, skills, work location, and available budget.
