About Tomes GmbH
We are a young HealthTech SaaS scale-up in the outpatient sector. Our software is used by practicing physicians. The field of association cooperations is strategically very well prepared – now we are looking for you to scale it operationally, manage it systematically, and generate measurable growth impulses.
Your Mission
The field of association cooperations is strategically prepared – now we are looking for you to scale it operationally and further develop it as a central growth channel. You will be responsible for the development, activation, and scaling of cooperations with professional associations, specialist societies, and medical networks – including all accompanying marketing, PR, and communication measures.
Your Goal:
To not only build partnerships but also to activate them in a structured way, manage campaigns, and generate predictable leads, licenses, and adoption in the outpatient care market.
You are successful if:
- Qualified leads are generated through association cooperations.
- Active and productive partnerships grow.
- Relevant placements in the medical environment are achieved.
- Adoption of our solution in member practices increases.
- Cooperations are managed scalably and structurally.
Your Setup:
- Part of our Marketing Team
- Close collaboration with Medical Strategy, Sales, and Management
- Workload: 50–80%
- Experience: min. 2–3 years (preferably more)
Responsibilities:
- Activate Partnerships & Manage Campaigns
- Plan and implement joint activities (e.g., webinars, newsletters, congresses, co-marketing).
- Centrally coordinate campaigns via associations (B2B2B: Idana → Association → Practices).
- Develop activation measures for member practices (e.g., webinar series, best practices, case studies).
- Systematically develop and scale existing cooperations.
- Make Growth via Associations Measurable (Growth Responsibility)
- Develop scalable models for lead and license acquisition through association cooperations.
- Close coordination with Sales for conversion optimization.
- Track the performance of partnerships (leads, usage, adoption).
- KPI-based management and continuous optimization of campaigns.
- Strengthen Positioning & Visibility in the Medical Environment
- Realize strategic placements in specialist media and association channels.
- Coordinate Idana's presence at congresses, specialist events, and association formats.
- Develop technically relevant content together with partners (e.g., practice relief, digitalization, patient communication).
- Implement co-branding and communication measures with medical organizations.
- Ensure Structure, Scalability & Reporting
- Build standardized processes for partnerships and campaigns.
- Establish clear documentation and reporting structures.
- Analyze and further develop the performance of cooperations.
- Efficiently manage campaigns and partnerships with a small, centrally controlled setup.
Qualifications:
Your Profile
You want to take responsibility, work in a structured manner, and think entrepreneurially. You are eager to not just plan things, but to make them measurably successful.
Must-haves:
- Completed studies in communication, marketing, business administration, health management, or similar.
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience in partnerships, B2B marketing, growth, PR, or business development.
- Experience in building and operationally implementing cooperations.
- Experience with integrated communication or marketing measures.
- KPI and performance-oriented way of working.
- Very good communication and coordination skills with external stakeholders.
- Structured, independent, and hands-on approach.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in the healthcare sector (associations, physician networks, medical organizations, eHealth, etc.).
- Network in medical societies or professional associations.
- Experience with lead generation, funnel logic, and performance marketing in a B2B context.
- Confident handling of event formats such as congresses or webinars.
