Client Services Coordinator - Mascot NSW
Toll Global Forwarding is seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Mascot. This role is a key interface between Toll and our valued clients, ensuring seamless and professional service while meeting performance expectations. You’ll play a vital role in coordinating shipments, resolving logistics issues, and driving operational excellence through efficiency and innovation.

A Day in the Life of a Client Services Coordinator
- Liaising with clients and internal teams for smooth operations and timely job updates.
- Managing shipments, ensuring compliance with Toll, legislative, and client requirements.
- Monitoring shipping line issues such as transshipment, detention, and demurrage.
- Coordinating client implementation plans, including SOP development and stakeholder communication.
- Ensuring legal and safety compliance across all aspects of freight forwarding.
- Providing top-tier customer service to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Identifying process improvements to enhance service efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate records in CW1 for billing and revenue tracking.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- CargoWise knowledge and proficiency utilising this software.
- Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workflow management systems.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A results-driven mindset with excellent planning and analytical abilities.
