Role Overview

Shape the future of Defence logistics with Toll Group as a Business Analyst. Based at RAAF East Sale, you will serve as a critical bridge between operations, IT, and commercial teams by analyzing data, identifying trends, and recommending improvements for Defence sites nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data, systems, and processes to spot trends and risks.
  • Gather and document business and functional requirements with stakeholders.
  • Develop process maps, data models, and root cause analyses.
  • Monitor KPIs and service levels; create dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and commercial teams to deliver aligned solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and digital automation opportunities.
  • Assist in contract governance through reporting and performance tracking.

What You’ll Bring

A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in business analysis, reporting, or process improvement is required, with exposure to supply chain, logistics, or Defence contracts preferred. Relevant tertiary qualifications and formal Business Analysis certification are advantageous. Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) is essential, as is a solid understanding of ERP/WMS systems. Excellent communication and strong analytical skills are a must.
