What TokenTek Does

We operate in a variety of industries, from finance to automotive manufacturing, from shipping to industry, from retail to medtech, with the common denominator being that we work strategically with all our clients at the executive management level. We often assist in the early stages by identifying opportunities with new technology and then work closely with companies on a number of development projects.

Currently, we are driving several exciting projects where we develop and integrate advanced multi-agent systems directly into customer infrastructure. We also have pure development projects where we work 100% agentically using Codex and Claude Code. So, if you are primarily driven by system development and want to focus on that, we have assignments in that area too.

We also run an educational program where we train young engineers in advanced AI knowledge, such as: RAG, multi-agent systems, fine-tuning, and production deployment of complex AI models. If you find it rewarding to delve deep into one of the latest areas in generative AI, this is an excellent opportunity to do so—while teaching M.Sc. students the latest techniques.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with several years of experience delivering at a high level in software development, data science, or ML—who now wants to use that experience in sharp GenAI projects. You are accustomed to taking technical ownership, dreaming big, and delivering results. You have likely experimented with RAG, agent solutions, or LLM architectures, and you want to work more with them—in projects where it actually matters.

Your Experience and Background

• M.Sc. in Mathematics, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience delivering ML or AI solutions in production environments.
• Experience with RAG solutions, embeddings, vector search, or knowledge graphs.
• Accustomed to taking technical ownership and driving work independently.
• Curiosity and drive to explore and apply new AI technologies.

You need to be proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, as several of our clients have this as a requirement.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop intelligent AI agents using frameworks like Agno and LangGraph.
• Drive decisions in system design and maintain high engineering quality in the production of AI solutions where reliability and scalability are central.
• Implement solutions with the support of AI-assisted tools like Codex and Claude Code.
• Design pipelines that combine RAG, embeddings, vector search, and knowledge graphs.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists and ML engineers to build functional systems and solve technical challenges.

Location

Full-time employment based at our office in Gothenburg. We primarily work on-site but with flexibility when needed.
