Demand Generation Lead - ToJupiter

Thoughtful growth. Creative execution. Meaningful impact. ToJupiter is an embedded demand generation partner for B2B SaaS startups and scaleups. We work closely with Seed to Series B companies to build sustainable, revenue-focused growth engines.

We are a small, close-knit team of four GTM/Growth operators. This is our second Demand Generation hire.

The Kind of Marketer We Are Looking For

We are looking for a T-shaped marketer who combines strategic perspective with hands-on craft. Someone who cares deeply about performance, and understands that results are shaped by messaging, copy and creative execution (design thinking and social ad mock ups). This role values strong commercial judgement, persuasive copywriting, and a clear eye for design and detail.

  • You bring breadth across the growth engine. Paid media, lifecycle, webinars, experimentation and positioning all feel familiar.
  • You also bring depth. There is at least one area where you naturally go further, whether that is paid acquisition, messaging and copy, HubSpot architecture, experimentation design or performance insight.
  • You enjoy seeing how the pieces connect.
  • You care about how something performs, and how it feels to experience.
  • You are comfortable taking ownership of outcomes, while working in close partnership with founders and clients.

What the Role Involves

You will work closely with 2 to 3 B2B SaaS client accounts, operating as a fractional Head of Demand or Growth inside each business. You will:

  • Shape demand generation strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Turn strategy into thoughtful execution across: Paid media, primarily LinkedIn Ads, Webinars, Growth experimentation including community-led channels, Lifecycle and CRM, including HubSpot workflows and attribution, Conversion-focused copy across ads, landing pages and email.
  • Build campaigns end-to-end including messaging, structure, layout and hands-on creative (Canva or Figma ad mockups / page refinement).
  • Apply creative judgement to visual hierarchy, ad creative and page flow.
  • Work inside CMS platforms to refine and improve user journeys.
  • Share insights clearly and constructively.
  • Partner with clients through weekly and monthly communication.
  • Focus on meaningful results, not just activity.

This is a hands-on role where your ideas and craft directly influence outcomes.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

  • Strong commercial experience supporting Seed to Series B SaaS growth, either agency-side or in-house (ideally 4+ yrs commercial exp).
  • Experience building campaigns end-to-end including high-converting copy.
  • Confidence working inside a CMS and making considered design and layout choices.
  • A strong sense of visual clarity and structured messaging.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Ads or ABM within B2B SaaS.
  • Deep familiarity with HubSpot including dashboards, workflows and reporting.
  • Experience partnering with founders and commercial teams on strategy.
  • The ability to offer perspective constructively when something could be improved.

You are commercially aware, but you also care about tone, positioning and the customer journey.
