Role Overview

The Campaign Manager, Customer Marketing is responsible for orchestrating cohesive, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive upsell, product adoption, and customer engagement. This role requires a hands-on approach in campaign planning, execution, and strategic direction.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns (email, in-product, SMS, social, video, and paid media).
  • Collaborate with teams including Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Brand, and Marketing Operations.
  • Develop and maintain campaign operational frameworks and reporting frameworks with analytics.
  • Ensure flawless execution and adherence to Toast's enterprise-quality brand standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong foundation in campaign management.
  • SaaS/B2B background and understanding of complex product ecosystems.
  • Experience with marketing technology tools such as Marketo, Pendo, or Braze.
  • Strong project management, strategic mindset, and business acumen.
