About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be part of a team that is transforming restaurant operations through a consultative sales approach.
Responsibilities
- Generate a list of prospective restaurants and manage the full sales cycle.
- Conduct demos and develop customized solutions for prospects.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure delivery aligns with sales commitments.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage all sales activities.
- Understand the competitive landscape to optimally position Toast.
Requirements
- 1+ years in sourcing or closing sales, restaurant operations, or a related field.
- Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment.
- General technical proficiency with software; Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
Extra Information
This field sales role in Manchester spends 80% of time in the field and 20% working from home. Compensation is competitive with uncapped commissions and potential equity benefits, based on skills and experience.
