About the Role: Senior Process Analyst
The Senior Process Analyst is responsible for the reporting, dashboard maintenance, and dashboard creation. This includes acting as primary liaison for support, providing subject matter expertise, and championing continuous improvement of delivery processes and tools.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring reporting and automated processes are completed as scheduled with verified information to appropriate stakeholders, with a focus on continuous improvements. This encompasses weekly active project dashboards, project status checks, monthly status reports, portfolio level dashboards, Workday automations, and SLA/SLO dashboards.
- Providing support and guidance to delivery teams and various stakeholders on TMX standard Delivery Methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Defining and ensuring GTS Office service levels are met, including timely response to requests and inquiries.
- Supporting and continuously improving processes in collaboration with practice owners, maintaining related documentation and templates (e.g., process documentation, end user guides, training materials).
- Providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and support for Project Portfolio Management (PPM), reporting, and time tracking functionality in Workday.
- Acting as a liaison between auditors and GTS teams to address questions and requests for information during annual audits.
- Collecting actuals and forecast spend on in-flight initiatives as part of the annual planning and forecasting process led by Finance.
- Identifying opportunities for expanding GTS Office services throughout the enterprise.
- Periodically reviewing existing delivery processes, gathering stakeholder feedback, and presenting recommendations for improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and adoption.
- Developing and executing change management and communications plans to implement new and changing processes and tools.
- Periodically reviewing initiatives to verify adherence to established processes and identify exceptions for teams to address.
- Leading the development of internal processes to support GTS Office operations when required.
- Training resources on Workday PPM, time tracking, and pertinent delivery processes upon request.
- Acting as a backup to other team members and the team lead as delegated.
Skills and Experience
Must Have(s):
- University/undergraduate degree in a related discipline or equivalent Analyst experience within a Project Management Office in the financial services industry.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within an Information Technology environment.
- Experience using a scripting language, including Google Appscripts.
- Experience developing reports and using data visualization tools, including LookerStudio.
- Demonstrated ability to balance competing or conflicting goals.
- Strong influencing, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills to rapidly assess situations and develop alternate solutions approaches necessary to resolve high-level, complex problems.
- Ability to work independently on assignments, with tight deadlines under minimal supervision.
- Highly analytical.

- Strong attention to detail.
