Overview

TMX Group, home to renowned global exchanges like the Toronto Stock Exchange and Montreal Exchange, invites you to explore a role outside the ordinary. Join as a Process Analyst Student Intern and be part of our PMO team, delivering governance and support of essential delivery processes.

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain plan, policy and procedure documentation.
  • Develop and deliver implementation and communications plans.
  • Serve as a liaison during audits and agile reviews.
  • Support PMO team with meeting setups and minute taking.
  • Enhance and update Agile delivery tools and processes.
  • Create process documentation, presentations, and dashboards.

Qualifications

Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Business, Commerce, Project Management or related field. A candidate must demonstrate strong communication, analytical, research, administrative and organizational skills along with technical proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite. Self-starting and flexible with the ability to work independently and in a team environment are essential.

Internship Details

This is a 4-month co-op/internship (January 5, 2026 - April 24, 2026) based in Toronto, ON. The role is hybrid with 2-3 days per week in-office. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country and complete a Knockri Assessment.
