Overview
As the IQOS Regional Teamleiter at TMS Trademarketing Service GmbH, you will be responsible for achieving targets and KPI performance for a B2C sales promotion project in your region for the leading brand in smoke-free tobacco products. The focus is on the premium tobacco heating system IQOS, sold through personal consultations to adult consumers.
Responsibilities
- Overall regional responsibility for target achievement, KPI performance, and sales quality.
- Lead and manage a regional team of sales promoters.
- Field support, coaching, and development of team members during daily sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with IQOS consumer dialogues, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
- Analyze sales figures and KPIs to derive and execute improvements.
- Coordinate with other regional team managers and the Head of Field Sales.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing new sales promoters.
