Original Job Summary

Role Overview

The Oracle E-Business Suite Techno-Functional Consultant will work within the Supply Chain Operations Technology team at TMS LLC. This role requires both functional and technical expertise in Oracle EBS, particularly in discrete manufacturing and Warehouse Management modules.

Responsibilities

  • Apply functional and technical knowledge of Oracle EBS.
  • Support discrete manufacturing and Warehouse Management modules.
  • Utilize integration frameworks such as API and file transfer protocols.
  • Assist Warehouse Operations team for SIT, UAT, and go live.
  • Provide technical assistance to the Product Team and Operations leadership.
  • Create Change Requests when necessary using tools like ServiceNow and JIRA.
  • Review Technical Design Documents and code to understand system functionalities.
  • Execute SQL scripts to diagnose production issues.
  • Coordinate with Customer and 3rd party teams for IT issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Experience in investigating, researching, and resolving production issues with Root Cause Analysis.
  • Skilled in requirements analysis, solution design, and documentation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • PL/SQL development experience.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments.
