Overview
The People Analytics & HR Transformation Manager at TK Elevator will strengthen HR data strategy and reporting capabilities by designing and implementing wide HR analytics frameworks for data integrity and actionable insights.
Responsibilities
Support senior leadership with high-quality strategic analyses and presentations. Key tasks include:
- Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to promote a data-driven HR culture.
- Monitor key HR metrics and identify trends across Europe Africa.
- Develop and track HR transformation roadmaps, initiatives, and change programs.
- Prepare and follow-up for HR transformation workshops and strategic meetings.
- Provide analytical support and problem-solving expertise to HR leaders.
Who We Are Looking For
This role requires a data-driven HR professional with proven experience in HR analytics, data governance, and people insights. Candidates should have a degree in HR, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, and be skilled in HR reporting tools and HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactor, PowerBI, and Excel.
