About the Position

Tito’s Handmade Vodka is seeking an experienced sales professional passionate about driving results in the Greater San Francisco area. As the Area Sales Manager, you will support the State Sales Manager by constructing and executing an annual sales plan, managing sales resources, and identifying growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Construct and execute the annual sales plan.
  • Work with the distributor team for full plan execution.
  • Train, lead, and develop sales staff and wholesale partners.
  • Act as the go-to problem solver for large customers.
  • Identify market opportunities and implement regional programs.
  • Manage regional budgets and achieve sales goals.
  • Lead local chain headquarters calls and trade sales initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations.
  • Manage marketing material inventories at distributor warehouses.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 2 years of sales management experience and 6 years of alcohol sales experience. Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and possess excellent sales, presentation, analytical, and strategic skills. Must hold a valid US Driver’s License with a safe driving record and have access to a reliable vehicle.

  • Base Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 plus Bonus Plan
