About the Position

Tito’s Handmade Vodka is seeking an experienced individual with a passion for sales to join our team as an Area Sales Manager Greater San Francisco San Jose. This role supports the State Sales Manager with the annual sales plan, managing sales resources, and executing sales initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the construction and execution of the annual sales plan.
  • Collaborate with distributor teams in local markets.
  • Train, lead, and develop sales staff and wholesale partners.
  • Act as the go-to person for problem-solving with large customers.
  • Identify market opportunities and implement regional programs.
  • Manage regional budgets and achieve sales goals.
  • Lead chain headquarters calls and present trade sales initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to Federal and State regulations on alcohol sales.
  • Report essential information within established timelines.
  • Manage POS and marketing material inventories at distributor warehouses.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales management experience and 6+ years in alcohol sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong sales, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Valid US Driver’s License and reliable vehicle required.
  • Legally eligible to work in the USA.

Compensation & Benefits
