Are you motivated to integrate security into the DNA of development? We are looking for a SecDevOps Engineer with solid experience in production environments who wants to go beyond traditional deployment and participate in building secure, automated, and scalable cloud-native platforms. You will join a multidisciplinary team where development, operations, and cybersecurity work in an integrated manner, collaborating on proprietary developments to improve our services and offer our own product line.

Your Mission

You will be a key player in the evolution of our platforms, helping to design and operate modern infrastructures based on Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes, with a real DevSecOps approach. Your impact will include:

• Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines, integrating controls throughout the lifecycle.
• Administer and operate Kubernetes clusters in production (deployments, scaling, services, ingress, observability).
• Manage containerization with Docker, applying best practices in image building and registry management.
• Collaborate in defining secure microservices architectures.
• Automate deployments and processes through scripting and infrastructure as code tools.

Technical Stack and Environment

You will work in a modern and automation-oriented ecosystem:

• Linux (production administration).
• Docker.
• Kubernetes.
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Scripting (Bash, Python or others).
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• DevSecOps culture.
• VMWare / ESXi, Proxmox.

What We Look For In You

Essential:

• +4 years of experience in DevOps / SecDevOps / Platform Engineering roles.
• Solid experience in Linux in production environments.
• Real experience operating Kubernetes in production.
• Experience with Docker (build, container and registry management).
• Experience with CI/CD tools.
• Automation through scripting.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps culture and agile environments.

Valuable (but not exclusive):

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Helm).
• Knowledge of application security (OWASP Top 10, ASVS, MITRE).
• Security scanning tools (SAST, SCA, image scanning, JFrog Xray, etc.)

Even if you don't meet 100% of the requirements but fit the approach and have solid, proven experience in Kubernetes and CI/CD, we still want to hear from you.
