SharePoint / Web Portal Developer
Titan Technologies is seeking a SharePoint / Web Portal Developer to support SOCEUR in Stuttgart, Germany under the USSOCOM SITEC III EOM contract. This role supports enterprise collaboration, operational visibility, and data-driven decision-making across a global user base. The ideal candidate brings a balance of SharePoint administration, web development, and portal integration experience within secure DoD environments.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise portals and SharePoint solutions supporting collaboration and mission operations.
- Build and maintain web applications, dashboards, and user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript, and .NET technologies.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable portal and web-based solutions.
- Integrate data from multiple systems to support automation, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
- Administer and maintain SharePoint environments (configuration, security, performance, and upgrades).
- Implement secure authentication, access control, and STIG-compliant solutions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure availability and reliability.
- Support DevSecOps and CI/CD processes for portal and web application deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and development.
- Support operations during exercises as needed.
