About the Role

This role involves asset strategy, business plan execution, investment performance analysis, lease analysis, and redevelopment management. Working with a small, close-knit team, you will collaborate with senior management and diverse departments to maintain Rockefeller Center as a trophy office, premier retail destination, and tourist attraction.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically evaluate Rockefeller Center from an asset management perspective
• Support the execution and evolution of the business plan
• Maintain forecasting models using Argus and Excel
• Analyze leases and update property assumptions
• Support budgeting, reforecasting, and capital project tracking
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Property Management, Accounting, and Leasing

Skills & Qualifications

• 4-6 years in a real estate or finance environment
• Experience with Argus and financial modeling
• Passion for real estate with creative problem-solving skills
• Strong written and oral communication
• Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in project management
