Overview

Tipalti is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our growing cross-platform team and define our next platform vision. In this role, you will turn complex design challenges into intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly experiences.

Role Responsibilities

• Create and improve funnels and workflows from ideation through usability testing, iteration, research, interviews, and surveys.
• Design innovative end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile.
• Conduct user research to understand pain points and develop UX solutions.
• Produce detailed designs including visions, specifications, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate daily with the Design team, Product Managers and Software Engineers.
• Lead and execute the next generation product design vision.
• Coordinate usability tests, analytics and research with project partners.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

About You

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience designing complex B2B systems for web and mobile platforms, proven expertise in intuitive user interface design, and a strong creative and strategic mindset. Familiarity with AI technologies is an advantage. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a portfolio are required.
