About Customer Success Engineer II
Tines, founded in 2018 with co-headquarters in Dublin and Boston, powers some of the world's most important workflows with an intelligent automation platform. Our platform integrates AI, automation, and human ingenuity to deliver real business results for a diverse range of customers including Canva, Databricks, Elastic, Kayak, Intercom, and McKesson.
This remote role requires you to be based in PST or MST. As a key member of our global Customer Success organization, you will work directly with customers to help them onboard and expand their use cases on Tines. You will guide customers on best practices, design automation stories, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop automation stories connecting APIs.
- Onboard customers and advise on expanding platform use.
- Educate customers on initiating and scaling automation use cases.
- Advise on best practices and process optimization.
- Partner with CSMs to review customer health and develop success plans.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Identify challenges with documentation and customer resources.
- Support multiple teams in a fast-growing startup environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical customer support experience.
- Expertise with software solutions and automation using APIs.
- Degree in computer science or equivalent programming/scripting experience.
- Experience with enterprise security tools is a bonus.
- Familiarity with Docker, Fargate, Kubernetes, or similar is an asset.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
