- Innovate and drive results in reaching Gen Z through social, influencer partnerships, Substack-style publishing, and beyond.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop consumer-facing narratives that build brand love across social and cultural channels.
- Serve as a company spokesperson, managing top-tier media relationships across multiple verticals.
- Drive integrated communications campaigns that span product, brand, and corporate narratives.
- Partner with executives to develop strategic internal and external communications, including speaking opportunities and thought leadership.
- Use consumer insights and cultural trends to shape timely, relevant messaging.
- Oversee budget management in partnership with Finance, approaching planning with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Support corporate communications efforts, including public policy and Government Relations alignment when needed.
- Manage a complex stakeholder landscape, including Match Group functions, legal, and regional partners.
What We’re Looking For:
- 12+ years of experience in communications or public relations, ideally in consumer tech or a fast-paced, global organization.
- Proven people leadership experience with a passion for team development and mentorship.
- Deep understanding of the U.S., Canadian, and LATAM media landscapes.
- Strong background in product communications, with experience launching and managing consumer tech products.
- Track record of creating high-impact campaigns that connect with diverse consumer audiences.
- Established media relationships across tech, business, lifestyle, and regional press.
- Experience as a company spokesperson, comfortable representing the brand externally.
- Experience collaborating on corporate topics, including partnerships with Government Relations teams.
- Confident in developing and delivering executive communications and strategy presentations.
- Strong operational skills with experience overseeing budgets and working closely with Finance.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution, operating effectively across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
