Overview
Tinder brings people together with tens of millions of users worldwide. The Global Escalations Specialist Member Experience role supports and protects our user base by handling escalations related to trust & safety and support policy.
Role Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Protect the ecosystem and prevent fraudulent activity.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and drive complex escalations spanning Trust & Safety and member support.
- Investigate bugs and app functionality reports working with Engineering.
- Collect user feedback on new product and feature rollouts.
- Address sensitive content issues including graphic content and hate speech.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Member Experience, Engineering, Comms, Marketing, Legal, and outsourced partners.
- Contribute to process improvements and organizational projects.
What We're Looking For
Candidates should have a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role, basic knowledge of Zendesk, outstanding analytical and time management skills, and a passion for helping people. A Bachelor degree or equivalent is required.
Recruiting Information
This is a permanent position. The hiring process includes a Recruiter call, a written assessment, a Hiring Manager interview, and 4 Cultural Alignment interviews. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Singapore.
