Position Summary

The Civil Project Manager Transportation Group is responsible for the successful management of assigned transportation projects from concept to execution. The role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and client communications while fostering strong client relationships and cross-selling additional services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery.
  • Develop strong client relationships and ensure excellent communication.
  • Oversee project marketing, business development, and technical quality.
  • Coordinate project staff and monitor project accounting, schedules, and budgets.
  • Use technical and office support software to maintain project records.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Professional registration (P.E., L.S., etc.) preferred.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in roadway design, traffic and transportation engineering.
  • Strong understanding of project accounting, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Experience in marketing and supervising technical work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
