Overview

Timmons Group is seeking a Civil Project Manager - Traffic Analysis to join our Traffic Group based in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on project management, client relations, and business development in roadway design and traffic engineering.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Oversee marketing, technical quality, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate project staff and ensure effective client communications.
  • Monitor project accounting and fee collection.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • P.E. or equivalent professional registration preferred.
  • 8-10 years in roadway design, traffic and transportation engineering.
  • Experience with MicroStation and traffic analysis software (Synchro, SimTraffic, Trans Modeler, VISSIM).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
