About the Role

Timmons Group is seeking a Civil Project Manager - Traffic Analysis and Planning to join our Traffic Analysis and Planning Group at our Virginia Beach, VA office. The role entails managing projects, developing strong client relationships, marketing and business development, technical quality oversight, schedule and budget management, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Develop strong client relationships
  • Handle marketing, business development, and technical quality
  • Oversee project accounting and budget management
  • Communicate effectively with internal staff and clients

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Professional registration (P.E., PTOE, etc.) preferred
  • 8-10 years of experience in roadway design and traffic engineering
  • Knowledge of traffic analysis software (Synchro, SimTraffic, etc.)
  • Experience in project accounting, schedule, and budget management
