Job Overview
Timmons Group is seeking a Civil Project Manager Traffic Analysis and Planning to join our Traffic Analysis and Planning Group in our Washington, DC office. The candidate will successfully manage assigned projects while developing strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple mid-sized, small, or larger projects simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain superior client relationships and cross-sell services.
- Oversee marketing, business development, budgeting, scheduling, and billing.
- Coordinate with project staff and maintain internal communications.
- Negotiate scopes, fees and assist in fee collections as needed.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 8 to 10 years of roadway design, traffic and transportation engineering experience.
- Professional registration (P.E., PTOE, etc.) preferred.
- Technical proficiency using MicroStation and traffic analysis software (Synchro, SimTraffic, Trans Modeler, VISSIM).
- Strong project accounting, scheduling, and budgeting skills.
- Experience in marketing and managing technical teams.
- Excellent communication and client relation abilities.
