About the Role
Timmons Group is seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer III to join our Land Development group in Greensboro, NC. Projects include multi-family, mixed-use developments, market rate apartments, industrial/distribution facilities, residential neighborhood designs, and public land projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design project components using office software, modeling, and Civil 3D.
- Perform engineering calculations and use computers for problem-solving.
- Prepare specifications, research materials, and detail design plans.
- Complete field inspections and assist with cost estimates.
- Communicate with clients and coordinate with the internal design team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 4 years of civil engineering experience in land development.
- EIT preferred and working knowledge of CADD/Civil 3D software.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
