What To Expect as an Executive Assistant to CEO

  • Manage external contacts for the CEO, CFO, and VP of Investor Relations & Treasury, ensuring effective communication and prioritization.
  • Anticipate executives' needs by coordinating resources and addressing issues proactively.
  • Oversee the daily schedule of executives, managing appointments and meetings efficiently.
  • Prepare materials for quarterly Board Meetings, including drafting agendas and producing accurate minutes.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the investment community, addressing information requests and ensuring follow-up.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant work experience, preferably supporting CEO and CFO level executives.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
