What Is Required (Qualifications)

- Minimum 3 years in a professional, customer-facing role
- Experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Outstanding communication skills with clear expression
- Ability to maintain punctual and regular attendance
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Associate's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field
- 2 years of insurance experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
